Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to operate material handling equipment, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Train and mentor new and existing associates.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and safety procedures are enforced.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
• Prepare operational reports for management.
