Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, Business, Operations or related field or 2 years of managerial experience.
• Prior experience in Warehousing, 3PL, Distribution, or Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities according to SOPs, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Contribute to development of direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Plan and coordinate shift activities for adherence to procedures.
