Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, operations or related field or 2 years managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
• Oversee inbound operations and end-to-end production including inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, HazMat and DOT requirements.
• Lead shift planning and coordinate directives to meet outbound needs.
• Provide training and development for shift personnel and drive continuous improvement.
