Job summary

GEODIS in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Warehouse Operations Team Lead to supervise daily functions, track hours, and optimize shipping schedules across accounts. You will coordinate with supervisors to plan labor, oversee safe handling, and ensure accurate picking and packing for customer orders.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related warehouse experience or training.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directs a team of employees for one or more accounts in warehouse.
• Coordinates with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules and labor requirements.
• Unloads and moves inbound freight to storage locations safely and efficiently.
• Pulls and prepares product for shipment with accurate counts and types.
• Performs picking duties efficiently to meet customer and company standards.
