Responsibilities

• Run daily warehouse operations - receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, and parts distribution moving safely and on schedule.
• Supervise, train, coach, and mentor a team of direct reports.
• Bridge between hourly associates and leadership, carrying feedback and decisions clearly.
• Ensure materials are stored properly and team follows HSE policies and company requirements.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance for warehouse equipment and plan replenishment needs.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and take on other duties as needed.
