Job summary

Qualifications

• Education generally equivalent to a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience plus supervision of others.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of warehouse staff, workload planning, and overtime as needed.
• Oversee daily and monthly inventory counts and accuracy.
• Ensure security and maintenance of buildings, coordinate with contractors.
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout and product placement.
• Develop training programs and assist HR in hiring; conduct reviews.
• Assist in loading/unloading and building product loads with forklifts.
• Manage end-of-day driver check-in and inventory reconciliation.
