Job summary

PRIER Products, Inc. is seeking a Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse and distribution operation on the full first shift and a split second shift.

You will direct a team of receiving, shipping, and inventory personnel, ensure OTIF shipments to a diverse customer base, and maintain RM and FG inventory accuracy in a just-in-time environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/distribution supervision or management within a manufacturing environment.
• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficient with ERP systems, inventory management, databases, and barcode technology.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kanban knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and manage a team across a full 1st shift and split 2nd shift.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff; adjust staffing for seasonal demand.
• Foster a lean, accountable team culture with 5S and continuous improvement.
• Direct outbound shipments to ensure OTIF and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage RM/FG inventory, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate international shipments, freight, brokers, and 3PLs.
• Collaborate with Traffic, Logistics, Customer Service, and Production.
