Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at our Roanoke, TX facility to lead a team of warehouse associates, direct daily operations, and ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. You will monitor performance, maintain records, and enforce safety and DEA compliance while coordinating with cage/vault staff and drivers.

In this role you’ll oversee inventory control, prepare logs, and drive continuous improvements in productivity and accuracy.

Formación

• Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations; typically a four-year bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the workflow and supervises the performance of warehouse associates.
• Monitors work processes and suggests modifications to improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy.
