Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Supervisor - Operations to oversee one or more warehouse departments including receiving, picking, packing, shipping and related functions in our Menomonee Falls facility.

You will train and coach associates, manage direct reports, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive process improvements. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 3 years warehouse and distribution operations experience.
• 1 year experience leading warehouse associates.
• Ability to operate a forklift or obtain certification.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee work assignments to achieve inbound and outbound service requirements.
• Direct achievement of performance objectives related to productivity, quality, service, and safety.
• Monitor workflow, error rates and related metrics and take corrective action.
• Ensure procedures are observed, implemented, and enforced.
• Maintain accurate time, attendance, and performance records.
• Maintain positive employee relations and morale.
• Develop and document warehouse processes and standards.
