Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, implementing and enhancing practices to improve productivity, quality and profitability.
• Engage in strategic planning to align operational goals with business objectives.
• Identify, analyze and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless workflow.
• Manage inbound and outbound transportation to optimize logistics efficiency.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures across departments for consistency and compliance.
• Lead safety training initiatives and establish guidelines for a safe workplace.
• Coordinate warehouse schedules with the Operations Manager to streamline operations.
• Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure adherence to client SLAs.
• Assess employee performance and provide recommendations for promotions and merit increases.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operations.
