Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of demonstrated senior level operations or related leadership experience.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written presentation skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to develop effective processes for new and difficult operation problems.

Responsibilities

Drive, review, development, and implementation of operational processes to increase productivity and reduce cost.
Accountable for warehouse operations and standardized practices to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
Provide analysis of business results to Chief Operating Officer on a periodic basis.
Participate in strategic planning processes of operations.
Identify, analyze, and make recommendations to correct and mitigate problems.
Monitor operating metrics such as units per hour, quality levels, and revenue per hour/sq ft.
Create and operate within budget; manage inbound/outbound transportation.
