Job summary

Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, you will supervise staff, ensure safety, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires a GED and 3 years of warehouse supervision or lead experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 3 years related experience as warehouse supervisor/lead.
• Experience with shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with Excel and Warehouse/Yard Management Systems or Transportation Management Systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, transporting, shipping and inventory.
• Assign duties, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a safe work environment.
• Monitor staff performance and coordinate with other departments for timely shipping.
• Ensure inventory integrity and assist in conducting physical inventories.
