Job summary

Staffmark Group in Carson, CA is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, and coordinate shipping and receiving. You will lead a team, ensure accuracy, safety, and timely product movement throughout the supply chain.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in warehouse environments and familiarity with inventory systems. Monday–Friday schedules and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety practices.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, organized, and stored for efficient operations.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and report discrepancies or damage.
• Maintain documentation for inventory, orders, shipments, and warehouse activities.
• Promote and enforce warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with shipping, customer service, procurement, and other departments to support goals.
