Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Distribution to oversee warehouse operations and lead frontline teams in a fast-paced environment. You will implement processes to optimize operations, drive safety, and ensure efficient performance across facilities.

As a supervisor, you will guide teams, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with leadership to sustain DHL’s standard of excellence in contract logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 1 year of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role is preferred.
• 1 year of logistics industry experience is preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates while fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Facilitate open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
