Job summary

MiTek Industries, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Tolleson, AZ to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive safety, accuracy, and productivity. You will lead staff, manage inventory, and coordinate with production and supply-chain teams to meet customer deliveries.

The role requires 3–7 years in warehouse leadership within manufacturing, with ERP/MRP and SAP experience. A strong emphasis on process improvement and a safe, organized work environment is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred in supply chain, business, operations, logistics, or related field.
• 3-7 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred), and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, material movement, and order fulfillment.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, inventory controls, and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate material flow and collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Customer Service to support goals.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and warehouse performance to ensure efficient operations and on-time deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
