MiTek Industries seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping. You will lead a team, coach on safety, and drive improvements to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications include 3-7 years in warehouse leadership, experience with SAP/ERP, and strong analytical and communication skills. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, with an associate degree preferred. This is a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–7 years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with inventory management systems, SAP or ERP/MRP systems, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, material movement, and order fulfillment.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution; ensure timely inbound/outbound shipments.
• Coordinate material flow with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Customer Service to support goals.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and warehouse performance to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement.
