Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations including shipping/receiving/inventory.
• 1–3 years in lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with cycle counting and auditing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping operations: accuracy, quality and on-time delivery.
• Oversee receiving operations: inspection, reconciliation and recording.
• Manage inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance and data security in ITAD workflows.
