Job summary

MiTek Industries seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping. You will lead warehouse staff, drive safety, and implement continuous improvements to meet production and customer delivery needs.

Candidates should have 3–7 years in warehouse leadership, experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred), and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. This role is on-site in Tolleson, AZ.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution leadership.
• Experience with inventory management systems and ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety, and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, material movement, and order fulfillment.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff to meet safety, quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure timely inbound/outbound shipments and optimize material flow with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Customer Service.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance, focusing on accuracy, productivity, and space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement.
