Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Tolleson, AZ to lead the receiving, order pulling, loading, and paperwork for next-day delivery. You’ll supervise staff, uphold safety standards, and ensure on-time, accurate performance in a fast-paced distribution operation.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, FIFO compliance, and coordination with the Warehouse Manager. You’ll use the warehouse management system to monitor productivity, arrange staffing, and ensure secure, compliant

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years warehouse or related experience.
• Preferred: Associates/2-year degree in business management, logistics or related area.
• 4-6 years warehouse experience within foodservice industry.
• Supervisory experience.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff, including hiring, scheduling, providing training and guidance, establishing job standards and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete order pulling for all orders pulled during the shift; loads orders in proper stop sequence and completes paperwork.
• Ensures all received product is stocked properly and FIFO procedures followed.
• Demonstrates a strong service quality ethic with staff awareness of roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse management system and other technologies to maximize productivity and analyzes performance to recommend changes.
• Handles building security and ensures safe operation of material handling; follows health & safety programs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
