DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution to lead and develop a diverse frontline team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will drive safety, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and accuracy across daily distribution operations.

You will collaborate with leadership to ensure compliant, cost-effective operations and uphold DHL’s reputation as a global contract logistics leader.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/manager experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching and guidance as needed.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
