Job summary

Performance Team in Stockton, CA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee order processing, receiving, storage, and shipping activities. You will coordinate scheduling, staffing, and inventory control while ensuring safety and efficiency across the warehouse.

The role supervises 20+ employees, with a pay range of $65,000 to $70,304 and a commitment to an inclusive workplace. Prior supervisory experience preferred; shift patterns include morning and night rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with payroll and staffing is a plus.
• Ability to supervise and train a team.

Responsibilities

• Reviews inbound appointment log and open order report to plan activities.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs based on workload and schedules staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Updates operational procedures and ensures understanding by warehouse staff.
• Tracks productivity and evaluates performance by function and department.
• Works with Inventory Control to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manages payroll for the department.
• Advises employees on handling, storing, and shipping items; equipment use and safety.
