Job summary

Performance Team is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Stockton, CA, overseeing the ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping of materials. You will plan inbound/outbound schedules, assign tasks, and supervise 20+ staff to meet customer metrics.

Responsibilities include payroll management, enforcing safety procedures, communicating procedures, and driving inventory accuracy with the team. Experience in warehouse operations and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 20+ employees in Operations.
• Plans inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs based on workload and assigns tasks.
• Reviews procedures and communicates updates to warehouse staff.
• Monitors productivity and evaluates performance.
• Manages payroll for the department.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and resolves grievances.
