Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor at our Lockbourne, OH facility. You will lead hourly staff, supervise loading, unloading, cross-docking and customer service to meet performance targets and cost objectives.

You will participate in hiring, coach and discipline, and ensure safety and compliance across shift operations. The role includes shifting hours (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) with flexibility during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics operations at a single location including customer service, loading/unloading, dispatch and documentation.
• Supervise hourly staff and work with management on scheduling and training.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure safety and compliance across shift operations.
