As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. Your work ensures the success of your team and the smooth operation of warehouses and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for daily lunches and family celebrations. In this role, you will lead a team and be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 11:00 am – 8:00 PM. As a 3PL provider, your leadership skills will help us deliver excellent service to our valued customers.

• Supervise and develop your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to ensure high-quality work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Ensure shipments are accurate and damage-free, products are counted, and records and reports are completed accurately and on time
• Help maintain warehouse security and inventory integrity
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

What we would like you to bring

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
