Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Manassas, VA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm). Lead daily warehouse operations, coach a team, and drive continuous improvement to deliver accurate, on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications include 2+ years in warehouse operations, MS Office and scanner experience, and flexibility for overtime. A Bachelor's in Logistics or related field is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations or related role
• Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and handheld scanners
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends if needed
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred, bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations
• Prepare schedules and allocate resources
• Supervise and coach the team to improve performance
• Monitor quality and service levels to meet customer expectations
• Adhere to company quality policy and GXO 7S program
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
