Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and coach a diverse team. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality service, ensuring safety, and aligning with our quality policies.

You will manage scheduling, training, and cross-department communication while supporting Lean/7S initiatives and continuous improvement in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and handheld scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
