Your Role

You will lead a team, coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation of your area. Your leadership will help us deliver excellent service to our customers as a 3PL provider.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop your team through training, coaching, and motivation
• Promote a culture of belonging, safety, and inclusion
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Implement strategies to optimize quality, efficiency, and KPIs
• Maintain safe operations and healthy environments
• Ensure shipment accuracy and proper record-keeping
• Secure warehouse and inventory integrity
• Implement continuous improvement plans
• Work flexible hours, including overtime as needed

Your Skills And Experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Over 3 years in a warehouse environment
