Placements24 is seeking a vigilant Warehouse Operations Supervisor for an on-site role in Upington, Northern Cape. The role focuses on inventory control, order fulfillment, and coordinating warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in warehouse operations, at least 1 year supervising a team, and solid experience with inventory systems and safety protocols. A high school diploma and a logistics certification are preferred.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a vigilant and organized Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities within their facility in Upington, Northern Cape . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe management of inventory, order fulfillment, and the coordination of warehouse staff. You will be responsible for implementing standard operating procedures, managing team performance, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse logistics and a proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment, requiring a dedicated presence on‑site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor workflow to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, stocking, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse operational policies.
