Qualifications

• Read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Operate forklifts and other PIT equipment per company standards.

• Navigate computer systems and ERP/MRP software (Excel, Word, Fishbowl, Outlook).
• Must have transportation to work.
• Strong mathematical skills for unit conversions and inventory counts.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and distribute materials per schedule and keep area clean.
• Move materials using pallet jack or forklift to storage or destination.
• Assemble orders and place on pallets for shipping.
• Mark materials with identifying information per company standards.
• Track and document quantities received and distributed.
• Weigh or count items for distribution to ensure conformance.
• Enter records into computer systems as needed.
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies and maintain records.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure CGMP compliance.
