FNS, Inc. in Joliet, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily inbound/outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate warehouse operations. You will lead a team, ensure safety, and optimize processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations, 2+ years of leadership, and bilingual Korean-English skills. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, with full-time benefits and company-paid insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain established storage and labeling procedures to minimize loss and misplacement.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, repacking, and shipping.
• Monitor daily productivity and workflow to support operational efficiency.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Train, guide, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure effective task execution.
• Coordinate work schedules and assign daily tasks based on operational needs.
• Provide guidance to employees and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure the proper use and routine maintenance of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in:

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required
• Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WMS, scanners, tablets)
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

The base salary range for this role is between $80,000-$90,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
