FNS, INC is seeking a seasoned Warehouse/Inventory Specialist to optimize inventory control, coordinate shuttle activities, and ensure seamless material flow across multiple sites. Shift B: Week 1: Friday- Sunday(7am ~ 7pm)
Week 2: Thursday- Sunday(7am ~ 7pm)

Responsibilities

1. Internal Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Manage internal warehouse inventory using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and established inventory control procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, material movement, and stock levels.
• Respond to NCR (Non-Conformance Report) issues and manage materials identified as damaged or attributable to specific parties.
• Conduct and support the monthly inventory physical count and month-end inventory closing process, including overnight work when required.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and warehouse transactions.

2. Production Material & Shuttle Coordination

• Coordinate with external warehouse partners to review Production Orders (POs) and determine required shuttle quantities.
• Verify materials included in Production Team POs.
• Confirm required material quantities for each production line.
• Request and coordinate daily shuttle quantities from external warehouses based on production requirements.
• Monitor material availability and ensure timely delivery to support uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate urgent shuttle arrangements when production requirements or material substitutions arise.

3. Warehouse Layout & Location Management

• Assign and manage warehouse locations for different material types.
• Maintain designated areas for:
• Damaged materials
• Finished Goods (FG)
• Production materials
• Other inventory categories as required
• Review warehouse space utilization and make location adjustments as necessary.
• Divide, relocate, or reorganize inventory locations based on operational needs.
• Maintain accurate location assignments in the warehouse management system.

4. Customer Support & Inventory Reporting

• Respond to customer inventory and material management requests.
• Participate in daily meetings and provide required stock reports.
• Prepare and distribute inventory reports covering:
• Internal warehouse inventory
• External warehouse inventory
• Material availability and status
• Coordinate urgent shuttle arrangements based on material substitutions, production changes, or other customer requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with external warehouse partners to ensure timely material movement.

5. WMS & SAP System Management

• Monitor and verify accurate processing of warehouse transactions in WMS and SAP.
• Confirm system processing for material receipts, issues, transfers, and other inventory transactions.
• Manage location codes by responsibility/accountability category.
• Investigate system errors and discrepancies in coordination with the corporate PI (Process/Production Information) Team.
• Identify root causes of system and process issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop and recommend process improvements in collaboration with the corporate PI Team.
• Provide system and process training to Shift Managers and other employees as needed.
• Ensure employees follow established WMS and SAP procedures.

6. Team & Operational Management

• Support the development and standardization of warehouse inventory processes.
• Provide guidance and system training to warehouse and shift personnel when necessary.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations and address issues affecting inventory accuracy or material flow.
• Over time, assume responsibility for coordinating and managing Raw Material (RM) Manager and Finished Goods (FG) Manager activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Logistics, Quality, Corporate PI, customers, and external warehouse partners.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ Experience in warehouse, inventory, material control, or logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of FIFO inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Experience with WMS and/or SAP systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of material flow and production support processes.
• Ability to manage inventory reports, physical counts, and month-end activities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with production teams, external warehouse providers, customers, and corporate teams.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight work for monthly inventory closing when required
• Authorization to work in the US
• Bilingual in Korean is required
