Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct daily supervision of warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient operation of the warehouse.
• Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
• Provides direction, delegates, and removes obstacles to get work done.
• Develops and delivers multi-mode communications for different audiences.
• Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
• Allocates equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Directs inbound/outbound shipments for timely processing.
• Reviews warehouse operations daily for organization and safety.
• Ensures safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Assists in inventory, budgeting and maintaining Weber SSS procedures.
• Performs incident root cause analysis and corrective actions.
