We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Leadership team based in Pemulwuy.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to work closely with our Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse based in Pemulwuy.

This hands-on and complex role involves:

1. Leading and managing day-to-day warehouse activities with a focus on efficient and timely execution.
2. Focusing on Outbound and inventory functions, ensuring they meet or exceed established performance and safety standards.
3. Collaborating regularly with internal teams (e.g., Client Service) and external stakeholders (e.g., Providers and Clients).
4. Involvement in financial management and reporting for internal and external communications.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years' experience working in a complex warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management best practices.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and team leadership skills.
• Ability to excel in an environment that requires quick thinking and flexibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift License (current) with experience (preferred but not essential).
