Job summary

Fracht Usa in Virginia Beach is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehousing operations for our freight forwarding business. You will guide the warehouse team, ensure safe and accurate receiving, storage, and shipping, and maintain proactive communication with clients and leadership.

Responsibilities include setting daily priorities, coaching staff, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring 100% OSHA safety compliance and efficient product handling.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse leadership experience (team lead or supervisory) in freight forwarding, 3PL, or distribution operations preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional client-facing communication.
• Ability to use Magaya warehouse management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret KPI data.
• Effective coaching, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals; foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Open each shift by leading the daily safety and production meeting; communicate daily priorities and assign responsibilities.
• Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and on-time fulfillment of inbound/outbound freight; ensure accuracy and safety.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain SLA-compliant inventory accuracy.
• Own performance metrics such as receiving/shipping accuracy, on-time rates, and damage rate; report to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, client-tour-ready facility and enforce all safety protocols; ensure OSHA compliance.
