Job summary

Konnect Resources, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States for our Pennsylvania operations. The role leads daily warehouse activities, drives inventory accuracy, and coordinates shipping, receiving, and transportation to meet client KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in logistics, freight forwarding, air freight, or warehouse operations.
• Experience building pallets and unit load devices (ULDs).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and distribution processes.
• Experience using WMS, barcode scanning tech, and shipment tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, labeling, kitting, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory accuracy with cycle counts, wall-to-wall inventories, and audits.
• Manage inbound shipments, warehousing activities, customs control, and outbound shipment prep and dispatch.
• Supervise safe operation of warehouse equipment (stand-up forklifts, pallet movers, swing-reach trucks, order pickers).
• Coordinate transportation activities and resolve customer logistics issues.
• Partner with customers to provide customized warehousing, inventory control, and logistics solutions.
• Monitor KPI performance and ensure budget objectives are met.
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer service.
