Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Denver, CO to support healthcare-focused warehouse operations. You will hire, train, and supervise warehouse associates, oversee receiving, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment, and ensure safety and DEA compliance.

You will monitor performance, drive process improvements, maintain records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible warehouse or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, analytical, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The Warehouse Supervisor

supports supply chain operations in a healthcare-focused warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating, and monitoring warehouse associates, overseeing functions such as receiving, shipping, returns, order picking, packing, and inventory management.

Ensures compliance with safety guidelines, DEA regulations, and company policies.

Monitors workflow, suggests process improvements for productivity and accuracy, and implements necessary changes.

Supervises receipt and verification of merchandise, manages controlled substances documentation, and oversees order fulfillment and shipping accuracy.

Maintains detailed records of shipments, delivery routes, and inventory, ensuring timely delivery and quality packing.

Tracks employee attendance, performance, and manages overtime, fostering teamwork and positive relationships.

Supports safety and operational standards, participates in physical inventories, and performs related duties as needed.

Qualifications Include

• Broad education such as a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible warehouse or supervisory experience.
