Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of related supervisory experience.
• Effective communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse technology, including RF devices and MS Office.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks (preferred).
• Willingness to work extended hours and participate in physical inventories.
