Job summary

Setpoint-Integrated seeks a Warehouse Coordinator I to support shipping, receiving, deliveries, forklift operations, and related quality/safety initiatives. You will help ensure timely deliveries and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

The role requires basic forklift operation, ERP system use, and dependable attendance. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• HS Education or GED Equivalent preferred.
• TWIC (preferred).
• Current Basic OSHA Safety Training (preferred).
• Forklift certification required or certified.
• Safety and quality-minded candidate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily forklift inspection and operate forklift.
• Receive, verify, and stock items per quality procedures in ERP.
• Pull inventory, verify product, package, and ship per procedures in ERP.
• Secure loads safely for inventory pickup and delivery.
• Enter freight charges and ship confirmations.
• Verify delivery tickets against PO and SO.
• Maintain company trucks and perform inspections.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe; attend weekly trainings.
• Report safety, shipping, or inventory issues to supervisor or manager.
• Operate vehicles and equipment following safety regulations.
