Job summary

Genuine Parts Company (GPC) seeks a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate for its NAPA Auto Parts operations. The role involves receiving, replenishing, picking, loading, and resolving issues to keep warehouse workflow efficient.

Responsibilities include safe unloading, accurate order picking, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while meeting KPI targets. Weekend coverage may be needed based on demand.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with mechanical aids.
• Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic math skills to identify quantities.
• Experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving – unload shipments and verify against manifest.
• Order picking and transport to shipping locations.
• Maintain accuracy and report any damage.
• Keep accurate inventory records and rotate stock.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per safety policies.
• Meet productivity standards and track KPI performance.
• Identify and solve problems during daily warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
