Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate for their client in San Marcos, CA. This role involves a yard and warehouse for large machines, with daily tasks that adjust to priorities.

You will manage receiving, inventory control, packing, and shipping while following safety guidelines and using ERP systems like NetSuite. Training for powered equipment may be provided, and the schedule is Monday–Friday, first shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, or related environments.
• Ability to enter and maintain inventory records in an ERP system.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and sound judgment when tasks exceed training.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to complete powered industrial truck training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming inventory, parts, supplies, and equipment, reporting shortages or damages.
• Process, issue, transfer, locate, and maintain accurate inventory in the ERP system.
• Pick, pack, label, stage, and ship parts to field personnel and locations with proper documentation.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical audits, investigate variances, and maintain correct locations.
• Load and unload deliveries using approved equipment following safety procedures.
