Cardinal Health in Indianapolis is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound operations, receive and scan products, and handle packing and shipping tasks. You will work with RF scanners and voice-pick systems to move large and small items efficiently.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
• Flexible to overtime as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced distribution environment with quotas.

Responsibilities

• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas including inbound and outbound.
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan product with RF scanner, input data.
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse stock.
• Use voice-pick system to select items with material handling equipment.
• Palletize items and wrap for shipment.
• Pack small items in boxes.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as required.
