Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound, ValueLink, and outbound operations in a dynamic distribution center. You will receive large boxes, scan products with RF devices, and input details into the computer while assisting replenishment of warehouse stock.

This role requires standing for at least 8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing overtime with little advance notice. A High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Previous material handling experience strongly preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours; overtime with little notice required.
• Willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment and rotate in warehouse areas.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet consistently.
• Adheres to site safety regs and PPE requirements.
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced distribution environment and meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas (Inbound, ValueLink, Outbound).
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan with RF, input data.
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse.
• Use voice-to-pick system for large items and small unit picks.
• Palletize items to skid and wrap for shipment.
• Pack small items in boxes.
• Operate equipment such as order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack.
