Job summary

Bush Brothers Provision Company is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist in Florida to support daily warehouse flow. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, verifying product accuracy, maintaining inventory, and preparing outbound orders in a temperature-controlled environment.

Candidate will operate forklifts/reach trucks and pallet jacks, follow safety procedures, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklift/reach truck required.
• Experience with warehouse/inventory management system advantageous.
• Ability to work in refrigerated cooler and freezer environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming products against PO/shipping docs.
• Enter and process shipments in the warehouse management system.
• Count, sort, label, and store products.
• Prepare and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Replenish pick locations to support daily fulfillment.
• Assist with inventory counts and accuracy.
