Job summary

Wurth Wood Group in Tampa, FL is seeking an eager Operations Specialist for our warehouse. This full-time, hourly role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, inventory organization, and safe loading/unloading of trucks. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work overtime.

Forklift certification is preferred; experience with warehouse software helps. Biweekly pay and full benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
• Must be able to work overtime and variable shift/ hours.
• Demonstrated ability with Warehouse Management Software.
• Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interface with customers and employees fostering excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Follow all items as laid out in Operations Manual and job description.
• Able to be forklift certified.

Starting Pay

$21.00 to $22.00 per Hour

Position Summary

We are seeking an eager-to-learn Operations Specialist for our Tampa, FL location. This is a manual labor position within our warehouse. As there is growth potential in this position, the ideal candidate will have polished customer service skills and high attention to detail. The nature of this industry will require reliability and organizational skills. This is a full-time hourly position with biweekly pay.
