Job summary

Wurth Group of North America Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking an eager-to-learn Operations Specialist for our warehouse. This is a full-time hourly position with biweekly pay, emphasizing reliability, organization, and strong customer service.

You will store products in bin locations, pick orders, load/unload trucks, and keep the warehouse clean and safe. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work overtime, use Warehouse Management Software, and become forklift certified.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
• Must be able to work overtime and variable shift/hours.
• Demonstrated ability with Warehouse Management Software.
• Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interface with customers and employees fostering excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Follow all items as laid out in Operations Manual and job description.
• Able to be forklift certified.

As there is growth potential in this position, the ideal candidate will have polished customer service skills and high attention to detail. The nature of this industry will require reliability and organizational skills. This is a full-time hourly position with biweekly pay.
