Job summary

Ascentek, based in Minnesota, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support receiving, processing, and handling of incoming materials and stock. The role involves picking and filling orders, packing, shipping, and maintaining organized inventory across multiple locations, while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of warehouse experience, proficiency with JD Edwards or ERP systems, and a valid forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, and packing boxes
• Place completed orders in delivery and staging areas for shipment
• Sort and store materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards
• Verify purchased products and enter order receipts into JD Edwards (JDE) as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations organized
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Complete reports and accurately enter data into ERP systems
• Maintain technical knowledge through participation in LTU courses
• Collaborate with warehouse and department teammates to meet operational goals
• Deliver parts or chemicals to job sites as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
