Job summary

Ascentek is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Operator to join our warehouse team in Minnesota. You will handle bulk loading, operate pumps and fleet of bulk trucks, and ensure accurate inventory using the warehouse management system.

The role requires forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and safety standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively to maintain positive team relations.
• Ability to stand, walk, and repeatedly climb into/out of trucks or forklifts; lift 50 lbs.
• Able to perform basic math and read/write instructions in English.
• Flexible with shifts and tasks in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of quality management and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical pumps and bulk pumps on site and tanker trucks.
• Drive six different bulk trucks on site.
• Load/offload product by the gallon using hoses and connections.
• Fill totes, drums and pails; prepare hazardous materials for shipment per DOT guidelines.
• Maintain inventory using the warehouse management system and scan as needed.
• Wrap pallets securely for shipment and ensure safety standards.
