Job summary

Ascentek is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Operator for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 12:00 pm–8:00 pm) in Minnesota. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, operate forklifts, and maintain inventory using a warehouse management system. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to company procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in a warehouse, and basic math and English skills. Forklift certification is recommended.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Good attention to detail and flexibility.
• Knowledge of quality management and inspection processes.
• Forklift certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Using forklift and/or pallet jacks to pick orders and load freight.
• Receiving vendor receipts and transfers and maintaining inventory.
• Inspect materials for nonconformities and follow corrective steps as needed.
• Prepare shipments and ensure proper DOT/Hazmat paperwork when required.
