Advanced Plastics Inc. is seeking a full-time Shipping Warehouse Associate responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on warehouse experience, forklift certification, and strong attention to detail to ensure accurate processing and safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, preparing orders, maintaining records, and supporting quarterly

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse, transportation, or distribution environment.
• Forklift certification/license required.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills expected.
• Ability to perform accurate calculations and maintain records.
• Experience with inventory systems and warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to maintain a productive and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight companies, and forwarders.
• Schedule shipments and oversee truck loading/unloading.
• Verify shipping documents and maintain shipping records.
• Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Generate shipping labels and shipping reports.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product quality.
• Assist with quarterly physical inventories.
• Wrap and band pallets when required.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and shelf pickers.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
