Job summary

Vse Aviation Inc is seeking a full-time warehouse associate in Bridgeport, WV. You will join a team handling inbound receipts, unload parts with PIV, MHE, and pallet jacks, and ensure items are recorded in SAP.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Receive over 760,000 items annually as part of a team.
• Unload parts using PIV, MHE, and Pallet Jacks.
• Document and verify all receipts against packing slips.
• Cross-check boxes against freight manifest for damage.
• Report damage or discrepancies to carrier and document them.
• Unpack parts in a controlled environment and log into SAP.
• Match customer service orders to vendor repair parts and store.
• Validate quantity/damage/discrepancies with Quality Team.
• Route new parts and airworthiness certificates to storeroom.
• Coordinate dock activities with Storeroom, Repair, Service Center.
• Escalate problem parts to Materials Supervisor for resolution.
• Assist in clearing documents and Open POs using SAP MB01.
• Monitor unloading fuel and prevent spills; mitigate as required.
